Returns Policy

Fashionatix believes in quick and easy returns, and wants to make this process as easy as possible for you. 7 Days NO REASON to return, the return policy is to contact us within 7 days after the package is delivered. If 7 days have gone by since package delivered, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund. Plz note that the cost of shipping return is paid by you. Please note that the tracking number of shipping return should be sent to us within 3 days after we sent you the return address, or the process of canceling the order will be cancelled. Shipping To return your product, contact us using our contact page and we will provide you with our current return address. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Gifts If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
